Amber Cokins is an expert in the business and real estate market. She brings education, knowledge and experience to any client who uses her.
Amber graduated from Southern Methodist University with degrees in Marketing and Organizational Business. While working with SBC Communication as Director of Global Marketing, she returned to SMU where she earned her MBA with specialization in marketing and market research.
After being in Dallas so several years Amber and her husband returned to his hometown of Lakeway. Together they created a successful custom home building business, C&A Builders.
As Amber learned more about the housing market she identified several areas of real estate that where not being met in the Lakeway area. She put her efforts to work and launched AC Custom Real Estate. Specializing in new construction, raw land sales, and family focused relocation in the Lake Travis area.
